To enroll your child please visit our board office at the address below. The child's birth certificate, shot records, custody papers, proof of residency & a parent ID is required to complete enrollment. If your child is enrolling from a previous district, you will also need to complete a record release. If you would like to view & print the enrollment packet it can be found here.
